This is Sebastian. He is seven months old now and has the most beautiful blue eyes! If you want to see him back at his newborn session here is the link: https://kristinhazel.com/baby-sebastian-salisbury-md-newborn-photographer/ I think that mid way to 1 year is they best photos ever. They have tons of personality but they aren’t moving around enough that it’s impossible to get pictures of them. He was adorable in his Christmas pajamas and was so good for his session. He looked at me the whole time and even gave me some little smiles. The green sweater was something his great grandmother knitted for him. That type of thing is what I encourage people to bring to their appointments. That photo will mean so much because of the memories it represents. Even a toy that you wouldn’t mind in the photos is a good idea just to show what they liked at that age.
We also did some cute photos of him in a basket to keep him contained. We had to move on to the last part of the session soon because he wasn’t to keen on being stuck in one place and he was doing so good I didn’t want to upset him! The food sessions is always my favorite part because you never know what they are going to do when you give them their food and a spoon and let them try to figure out how to feed themselves. Sebastian was so excited to get started I couldn’t even give him the food and get to my camera before he had poured it all over his foot. I did get one little drip in the air at the beginning of the four part series. He was fast! I love the expressions kids give when you let them make a mess and do their own thing. He was to cute for words and it was mess but totally worth it!
